The frame measures 11-5/8x12-3/4", the center hole is 10"
It adjusts 1" either way from a 10" reflector mount. I installed it on an 11" Paul Bluff White Ligntning.
The manufacturer is Photo Keys, San Hose, CA
the gel is sandwiched between the frame and the spring loaded outer door.
I am impressed at the quality of the machining. I am calling it gun smith type machining. Nice.
