A durable 1/2 horsepower motor ensures a constant 22 RPM bowl rotation, as well as a 1725 RPM knife rotation to meet the most demanding operations. Watch as food products are reduced to a uniformly small particle size for salads, spreads, bread crumbs, and other budget-friendly recipes.
For excellent cleaning and sanitation, the Hobart 84145-2 food cutter can be easily disassembled without the use of tools. In fact, the bowl, bowl cover, and knives are all easily removable after use.
